Send scheduled rewards to Station Desktop (#284)

* change to accomodate #1134 in station-desktop * update based on Julians feedback to not convert to ether here * bigint to string so it can be JSON.stringified * revert back to parsing ether for the console.log --------- Co-authored-by: Julian Gruber <[email protected]>
