Misleading "blacklisted for" notice for !!/allspam users

For example, https://metasmoke.erwaysoftware.com/post/290500 has this notice:

Blacklisted user - blacklisted for https://boardgames.stackexchange.com/users/35077/arun-augustin (https://m.erwaysoftware.com/posts/uid/boardgames/35077) by https://chat.stackexchange.com/transcript/11540?m=56727304

In case it's not obvious, the "for" reason points to the user's profile, not to an actual reason which would make sense to put in this context; and the parenthesized Metasmoke link does not go anywhere useful.

The formatting causes the "by" part to be displayed behind a scroll bar in my browser at the current window size (perhaps this should be allowed to wrap?) but that part is correct as such.

The text in the why data is generated by SmokeDetector, so I've moved this issue to the SD repository. The problem will be in what's recorded as the blacklisting reason for the !!/allspam command.
