What problem has occurred? What issues has it caused?

https://coveralls.io/github/Charcoal-SE/SmokeDetector?branch=master last ran in December and reports 0.0% test coverage. This causes a red banner to be displayed on the main GitHub page:

Coverage Status

What would you like to happen/not happen?

Ideally, fix the integration so that it displays useful (and even more ideally high) coverage numbers. Less ideally, remove the banner if fixing it is not worthwhile.

(I just copied the banner link so it might turn green if the bug is fixed!)
