This post was caught as "English text in answer on a localized site" because it contained the word "code". However, the word "code" wasn't there as text; it was the HTML element

.Additionally, the post body itself didn't contain the element; it was added in by the Markdown parser because the author used four-space indent.
Can we please exclude HTML elements from triggering this check?
