Make tuning easier/faster

The tuning setting is very slow, even though I get why.

The problem in my case is that I'm trying to change the LED ring to a thick dot (like the traditional led dot on other phones) and posotion it on the right end of the notification bar instead of leaving it in the middle where the camera is.

Doing this, tuning 'takes ages' because of how slow the moving is. I think a way to shift positions faster while not breaking accurate positioning for other users, it would be great.
