Translation of English strings to Marathi #99

Labels and placeholders need to be wrapped in __() so that it appears like this __('string here').

Marathi translations need to be added to resources/lang/mr.json.

To make sure the translations actually work, set LOCALE to mr and visit a collection. Add more search filters from the settings column.
