Summary

I would like to have the possibility to rate a song directly in the media notification

Description

I recently migrated from Ultrasonic due to lack of time to maintain it alone, and noticed that I couldn't rate songs directly in the media notification
Here is some examples from Ultrasonic : (On Android 11)


(As you can see in the second screenshot I even customized what appears in the smaller version but it is a personal preference and I can keep this modification for myself)

I have knowledge of media3, so if you are using it in this project I could make the PR myself if this FR is approved
