[BUG] - Loading play queue does not load position, can't save play queue

Describe the bug

As far as I can tell, the queue is only loaded, not saved. This is not a bug per se, but it does feel like the feature is a bit half-baked without this part. The settings seems to indicate there is an option to save, but I can't find this anywhere.

The position is also not loaded, meaning I get to the right track, but it always starts playing from the beginning.

Expected behavior

Play queue is saved while playing songs.
Playback position is restored when loading play queue.

To Reproduce

1. Turn on Sync play queue for this user
2. Play music on another device, pause and make sure to sync at a position ≠ 0
3. Close and open Tempo
4. Sync the play queue
5. Problem 1: The last played track will play from the beginning
6. Skip to the next track and play for a bit
7. pause at a position ≠ 0
8. Problem 2: There is no way to resume this on another device

• Android OS version: 13 (LineageOS 20)
• App version: 3.8.1
• Other relevant details: Subsonic server is gonic
