[Feature Request] - Disable the waiting for the network with wifi no internet

Show notification if my wifi no have internet

And use mobile data the download progress and failed because... u know... Download only work on local network

Disable waiting for the network if i download song on wifi no internet as default

Description

Waiting for network notification if only my wifi is online. Because my wifi no internet because billing issue i cant download song but i can stream song. Yeah is work only stream but i just hear music?.

In the point i download all on tempo with wifi no internet and all downloaded i change the mobile data and play music with mobile data

Use Case

Someone forgot billing internet wifi. But want download with wifi no internet and after done someone can change to mobile data and enjoy music with surfing the internet.
