Tested EHRBASE and for portuguese templates, if the composition.category value is not 'evento' as in the PT terminology, EHRBASE gives a hard error on the POST /composition https://github.com/openEHR/specifications-TERM/blob/master/computable/XML/pt/openehr_terminology.xml#L44

Even if the hard rule is questionable, we should try to be as considered as possible with implementation decisions.
