I am looking at the graph provided by Checkpoint 5 and it seems to be listing all records as opposed to just ones with null values for longtitude. When I tried to find the null values in the dataset I got about 112 records, if yours is true, you seem to have 10,000s of null values which isn't the case for me.
How should I proceed with CP5?

You shouldn't see as many nulls as is shown in the example, I was working off of a full month's worth of data, and you're only working off of one day.
As for the issue you're seeing with getting all records, I would look at the underlying data which is a button that shows up when you mouse over one of the bars. That should help you troubleshoot.
