Looks like iqm-client 16.x does not support Python 3.12 (whereas 15.x supports all Python versions), so we cannot make this upgrade yet.

Now iqm-client 17.0 has been released and supports all Python versions, but it is producing errors. Needs further investigation.

17.1 again has the Python < 3.12 restriction.
