Output 'cell' and 'end' columns with `group --group-out` #178

See #177 for motivation.

'cell' column is easy to add.
Getting the 'start' and 'end' columns to accurately reflect the span of the reads in the UMI group is a bit more difficult. Haven't given this much thought yet so perhaps there's a simple solution I haven't thought of yet
