This is an internal housekeeping task. We have had some changes to the SSVC team, and we should review the CODEOWNERS file for potential revisions to the default reviewers on PRs that affect certain parts of the repository.

We currently list individual accounts for each of these, but we might want to consider creating role-based teams within the project to assign instead, which can separate organization management from the repository CODEOWNERS list.
