Loading

Loaded Fasta file and launched correct network but when opening the Tree view, the tree displayed is wrong in mossy (Fig 1). Please see Fig 2 for the correct tree.

Fig 2. Correct tree display in microbetrace.cdc.gov (separate branch with A1 and A2 is correct; tree was previously confirmed with MEGA software).

Fig 3. Loaded the newick file to Mossy. The correct tree is displayed.
