Add option to download source/data files

Add option to download source/data files (option to delete files is currently available) in the 'Files' tab. For example, this is useful for users who want to download and see the sample dataset but it would be good to add ability to download uploaded files as well. Alternatively, users can create the table with table view but I would prefer to see original files as they were uploaded.
