Polygons overlay on top of each other, completely blocking group beneath it. Transparency sliders in polygon table do not work, so cannot adjust transparency to show through. Any way of adjusting default transparency and also the way groups are layered and spread out?

Transparency is still an issue. I was able to move the groups/polygons.
