Describe the bug

when activating the SkinDerp module, nothing happened before I went into the minecraft settings and started going into different settings, and only then did the skin start to flicker, it only flickers when I click buttons in different minecraft settings. The module does not work as intended, because when I played on 1.20.4, everything worked as it should.

Steps to reproduce

1. Activate the "Skin Derp" module
2. See what happens to the skin when you don't do anything.
3. See what happens if you click different buttons in the minecraft settings
