Update error message for users with DM's turned off

If a user is trying to create a profile or change their profile with dms turned off they get the error:
Failed to execute command: Command raised an exception: Forbidden: 403 Forbidden (error code: 50007): Cannot send messages to this user

Could be worth adding a quick error checker and outputting the actual problem and how to fix it to the user
