Refactor Analytics to use Provider for better control over event firing #158

Currently, the top 10 resources page is firing analytics events, but our current design does not allow us to control this behavior. The analytics object is passed via context threading, requiring it to be manually passed through multiple widget layers. This makes it difficult to enable/disable analytics in specific locations without modifying many files.

We should use the Provider package to manage the analytics instance.
