Hallo Robin,
EXTPAR ist im DWD-Gitlab vorhanden und die Doku Teil des Pakets. Anbei der Link.

Leider ist SSO_OROMAX und _MIN nicht Teil der Variablentabelle für die Ausgabegrößen. Ich gebe es an @jonas Jucker weiter.
