Update paths to reflect OSM changes by nordic-pulse staff

The goomers contacted NP about their grooming sessions not being picked up consistently. NP adjusted the trails slightly in OSM to more closely match the groomer GPS data. We should look to see if we should pull in some of these changes to our map data.

Looking at the changes with https://osmcha.org it seems like they mostly simplified the paths. Perimeter, hilltop and pine creek had some slight path changes.
