climatology_tutorial notebook

Couldn't get clim.multiyear_averages() to work on demonstration data. Not sure if that is because the data is not long enough. Not expert enough to tell.

Verify that the markdown code block description in example_scripts/notebooks/climatology_tutorial.ipynb for clim.multiyear_averages is correct. Maybe improve it with a fully working example if the data exists in example_files
