Some usability improvements for the current date picker used in /blobs:

Selecting the same day for 'from' and 'to' returns no results. Eg. if I want to filter all blobs sent on November 1st it is counterintuitive to select from: 2024-11-01 to 2024-11-02
Selecting a day in the future should be disabled and numbers should be grayed out
