Add physical CD drive support

Add support for physical CD drives.
It should be possible to use a physical CD-ROM to boot a CD32 game, for example.

Query: I guess I need this to check CDFS automount CD/DVD drives ?

Not necessarily - this will add a physical CD drive to the emulation, you can either use the AmigaOS-side CDFS installations to read it, or the built-in CDFS from uaescsi.device.
