This is a placeholder for insilmaril#122.

Force newly opened files to be marked as both new and dirty, so the user will get a Save As dialog.
Find more sample files, including non-OWL RDF
Look into what will be needed to add names to cross-links and branches
Start on writing OWL/RDF files
