As per SSO trace specification, when exporter configuration has dataset and namespace options set, opensearch-exporter sends traces to $type-$dataset-$namespace data stream.

type, dataset, namespace are part of the payload (see spec). #3 discusses default values when dataset and namespace are not set and whether $type should be traces or sso_traces.
