[Feature request] When you enter an identification into the Occurrence Data tab of the occurrence editor, automatically create an identification in the Determinations tab

This will be done when we deprecate the taxonomy fields in omoccurrences in deference for omoccurdeterminations, but I thought it would be useful to record the need for this synchronization here.
