[Feature request] Add collection-provided crowdsourcing instructions to the top of the crowdsourcing page for that collection

When a user clicks on the record number to access the specimens to transcribe

Put a button the new page that says "see training materials"

Only IF a training URL is provided by the collection

ALTERNATIVELY

There could just be a link on the page illustrated by the first screenshot that says "Review Training Materials" and goes to the training URL (again, only if a training URL is provided)
