how to create a new tab in data viewer

Version 4.5.0

I couldn`t create new tabs in data viewer to create custom my tab on version 4.5.0 (I made my custom target already)

When I referred to this function on version 5, he could create a new tab.

Can I know how to create new tabs on v 4.5??

This is just a difference between versions 4 and 5. In version 4 you have to modify config files to make changes to DataViewer. In 5 it is more dynamic.
