Detailed List of Resources Needed

The following is summarized from a previous Spark! meeting, which is recorded, of the background of this Pull Request.

On Nov. 22nd, 2024, Andy has demonstrated a sample he ran on Azure API on Bing Search with a sample he ran. The client Padilla was shown positive attitude towards the outcome and has "green light" to run through the whole pipeline. Therefore, Andy has used his own Azure account and credits out of my pocket to fullfill her need. "Green light" was the original phrase client stated, on Dec. 6th meeting, the client also reassured that she had approved such action on previous meeting.

However, when showing her the billing invoice, $452.1, from Azure on Dec. 6th, 2024, the client refuses to refurbsh the cost, which will a burdensome cost showing up on my invoice on Dec. 9th. Therefore, I am humbly asking support s from Spark!

Best,
Andy
