Sometimes download module fails to get the md5 code for a certain file. Instead of not including this sample in the samples_data.json, these fields are filled with null. This should be fixed

Maybe solved in this PR: https://github.com/BU-ISCIII/relecov-tools/pull/354/files. Need to check
