FEATURE: Add "rdfs:isDefinedBy" or similar curation annotation to BFO terms

Having an annotation on BFO terms which identifies BFO as the defining ontology would allow automated build tools like ROBOT to maintain this citation when merging,partitioning or MIREOTing terms as part of a build process in ontologies that use BFO. Currently BFO doesn't included such a curation annotation so citation of BFO terms must be added manually. Using the "rdfs"isDefinedBy" property would be consistent with OBO usage and ROBOT tool support. This would be especially useful to distinguish terms in BFO core or in one of the temporalized extensions
