We are looking to expand our collection of workflow scripts to include a variety of EEG analyses one might perform. At this point these can be experiment specific as we explore the process of adopting workflows into FLOW. Eventually, we would like to incorporate more generalized workflows that are widely applicable to many different experiment paradigms. We already have a generalized ERP workflow, which can be customized to analyze a variety of ERP studies. What about a workflow which analyzes amount of artifact in an EEG signal and outputs this information? The possibilities are endless.

If you are interested in adding your own workflow to this repository, check out the contribute section of the README. Here we provide detailed instructions on our advised software development process as well as some tips on getting started with EEG analysis Python scripting.
