Wir brauchen die Möglichkeit, bestimmte Nutzer automatische auf
die Warteliste zu schicken.

Ist man auf dieser Liste, ist man bis zum Tag der Veranstaltung auf der Warteliste
und bekommt erst dann ein Ticket, wenn noch Plätze frei sind.
