clean WebKit framework and components from data access logic

The ChileCompany sample contains access classes for SQL execution which are referenced by the WebKit list view components.

Refactor the list view components so that they do not fetch data directly from any data source but are pure UI components that receive their data by isolated method calls, passing ResultSet type. See BBjGridExWidget implementation with setRS method.
