Instructions on Collecting Microsoft Authenticator Logs

In Microsoft Authenticator app,

1. Click the hamburger menu

2. Click Help

3. Click Send feedback

4. Click in Having trouble?

5. Fill out your information and click send

6. Provide us the Incident ID
