Unable to delete home region replica of ACR from portal

Describe the bug
ACR home region replica Delete option is grayed out in portal . we can be able to delete using CLI command

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create geo replication for the ACR home region
2. try deleting the replica in other region, it getting deleted from portal
3. try deleting home region replica, but the option is grayed out in portal
   4.but its getting deleted using command az acr replication delete --name eastus --registry myregistry

Expected behavior

delete option should be enabled in Azure portal for home region replica

@jkondepudi - An ACR engineer (@huanwu) and an ACR PM (myself) have both not been able to reproduce this issue - so it seems like this was a transient issue.

Is this issue still affecting you? Given the age of the issue, I will close this and presume this is a transient issue. Please feel free to reopen if you are still affected by the home replica deletion issue.
