Hello, i try to use your code but unable to compile:

Error CS0103 The name 'Azure' does not exist in the current context AzureStorageExample C:\Users\PeterCheung\desktop\AzureStorageExample\AzureStorageExample\Form1.cs 30 Active

This line "var azure = Azure.Configure()" not working

using Microsoft.WindowsAzure.Storage;
using Microsoft.WindowsAzure.Storage.Blob;
using Microsoft.Azure.Management.ResourceManager.Fluent;
using Microsoft.Azure.Management.ResourceManager.Fluent.Core;
using Microsoft.Azure.Management.Storage.Fluent;

        var credentials = SdkContext.AzureCredentialsFactory.FromFile(Environment.GetEnvironmentVariable("AZURE_AUTH_LOCATION"));

        var azure = Azure
            .Configure()
            .WithLogLevel(HttpLoggingDelegatingHandler.Level.Basic)
            .Authenticate(credentials)
            .WithDefaultSubscription();
        IStorageAccount storage = azure.StorageAccounts.Define("test_storage_account")
            .WithRegion()
            .WithNewResourceGroup("test_resource_group")
            .Create();

@peterremote1980 were you able to fix your issue?
Did you try by adding the following line?
using Microsoft.Azure.Management.Fluent;
