Issue and Steps to Reproduce

Based on the new UX design for the title component, we should update the component. The new version is available here https://6ssje8.axshare.com/?id=7w20tx&p=titre___h2&g=1
Changes are in the colours and the placement of the separation bar.

On top of that, the title component used to produce a h1 heading, which should only be used on the toolbar of the application. In the design we can see we have h2, h3 and h4, so we should make an evolution of the title component to have those three possibilities.
