Nom : Input Phone

Objectif :
Créer le composant "input_phone" en atomique pour la partie AXA.fr (Apollo) et Espace Client (Look & Feel)

Structure :
⚠️ Utilisez toujours des éléments natifs (Ex : list des pays)
ℹ️ Utilisation de l'atome "item_label"
ℹ️ Utilisation de l'atome "item_message" (State : Error)

Device : --mob / --desk
States : --default / --hover / --filled / --error / --disabled / --editable_disabled / --editable_filled
