The simple code below causes exception when moving from 11.0.10 to 11.1.0.

System.ArgumentException: 'Cannot find a property named Text on type ChangePropertyAction.'

$self in 11.1.0 is pointing to the ChangePropertyAction instead of TextBlock

This change could be related: Handle $self in compiled binding in multibinding. #14935

Could this case be fixed or I need to replace $self with #name bindings?

ChangePropertyAction isn't trim-safe because it uses reflection to set PropertyName, so you're probably better off with a different approach. I'm getting similar exception results. Besides that, you no longer need the i:, ia:, etc prefixes as the types have been added to the default Avalonia xmlns (when the library is added). This scenario is pretty easily accomplished using selectors instead, though you may have deeper needs.
