iOS Version: 11.1.2

iOS Device: iPhone X

A detailed description of the bug (include a screenshot or video if you can): The Clear All button doesnt actually remove the notifications from the center, this can be seen by respringing after clearing notifications using the Clear All button and you’ll see that the notifications returned

What measures you have taken already to fix the bug: submitting this report lol
