This issue in combination with #1874 and #1875 should cover the following acceptance criteria:

  • 'New project' panel allows users to switch between decentralized projects and GitHub
  • If user is not connected to GitHub, request to connect will appear as designed

In issue #1875 we should have added the ability to link a CID to a project at the contract level, this issue accounts for connecting the panel to that logic.
