Reordering table of content #15

I think it would make sense to do a bit of reordering of the table of content. For example, it would make sense to have the sections related to the boundaries/pixels adjacent to each other (Pixel Boundaries, Interactive Pixel Map, and Spatial Extent).

Maybe some of the other sections could also be more cleverly organized. For example, the sections on variables could be listed together (HSDS auxiliary variables, Surface Albedo, and GHUV fields). Sections on strange features could also be listed together (End-of-year roll-over and 23:00 UTC Artifact).

If several more sections are added in the future, it might make sense to add subsections in the ToC.

Certainly +1 from me. The current order is not the result of any kind of strategy. I think subsections in the ToC will be good at some point, but it would need some thought on how it makes sense to group the existing pages and what we might add in the future (#1).

I'm very open to suggestions on both fronts (reordering and subsections) :)
