There's an issue I'm having where whenever I visit the gargantuant egg containment facility in the blood kelp, the leviathan will spawn normally, but upon leaving the immediate area the entire world will deload (all fauna and flora gone). Also when arriving the egg has seemingly disappeared. However, when I create a new save and go to the same place, the egg is where it's supposed to be and leaving doesn't result in deloading (I tried this with the seamoth and the cyclops).

This is a bug within the mod.
Try the following steps:

  1. Save and Quit your world and Subnautica
  2. Load back in and create a fresh world
  3. In that fresh world swim a bit away from the lifepod
  4. Save and quit
  5. Load back into your save with the missing structures
    Hope this helps!
