Impossible Russian Translation

I created a complete translation of the RotA and AL mods into Russian, as it suddenly turned out that none of the mods accept Russian characters (And the library, it seems, can't be translated into any language at all, but that's not certain).

Were tried different file encoding UTF-8, UTF-16 LE, UTF-16 BE, but no result. There was an attempt to write the translation manually with Unicode characters - to no avail.

I keep the copyright for this version of the translation. Attached files for both mods for you to check.
