As a coordinator, I want to see list of requests.

Definition of Done

List items
The following is displayed in the list view for request

Text
Fulfillment date (datum splnění)
Coordinator (koordinátor) - if assigned
Status (stav) - if closed, also the type of closure ex: closed (failure)
Last status update date (Datum změny stavu)
Amount of volunteers needed (Počet dobrovolníků)
Actions (Close request for now. See Request: close request #76 )
Clicking on the text of the request brings me to detail (you can come up with better solution how to open the detail) See Request: view detail #75

Other aspects

I see all requests from my Organization, not from other organizations right now
The sorting is first by states: new, searching_capacity, pending_confirmation, help_coordinated, closed
The secondary sorting is by state_last_updated_at

Filtering and custom sorting will be done in separate user stories.
