[Feature Request] Prevent charging when temperature is below freezing.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If a lithium ion battery is charged when the temperature is below freezing, the battery will probably be damaged.

https://github.com/exelban/stats allows me to see battery temperature for "Battery 1" and "Battery 2". Could this be used to prevent charging if the temperature is too low?

Describe alternatives you've considered
I've installed stats (link above) and can see if the battery temperature is low, but ideally Al Dente will automatically protect it.
