Two fold:

When writing in the text box for why we recommend someone, the inability to see the full composition of our words is frustrating. My current work around is to type out my words in a separate ap and then cut and paste them.
This ties into the first in that it's not possible to do a thorough proofread before submitting. Consequently, I could not find a way to edit my words once submitted.
